Take your healthcare training to the next level with our one-day Insulin Administration Course, designed specifically for individuals on the Indiana QMA Registry or those who have completed at least 100 hours of QMA training from an approved provider.

Prerequisites:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must be active on the Indiana QMA Registry or have completed 100 hours of QMA training from a verified Indiana facility. Proof required via sealed transcript or letter of completion the day of class.

• Bring a valid, unexpired photo ID that matches your name

• Pass background screening within 30 days of class and email to studentservices@hardoneducation.org

• Complete physical examination & 2-step TB screening prior to class start (must be within one year).

Every Tuesday and Thursday 8/5/2025 through 9/4/2025

9am-4pm

Cost of Attendance: $325 (includes a $95 nonrefundable registration fee)
