Our Story
Hardon Education was founded in October 2014 with one goal in mind: to expand access to high-quality, affordable healthcare education for the Indianapolis community. What began as a shared vision between two passionate nurses—Brandi London, MSN, RN, and Kellee Harney, MA, BSN, RN—has grown into a trusted institution committed to shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Brandi and Kellee first crossed paths as nurses at Wishard Hospital. Their careers eventually led them into the world of nursing education, where they discovered a shared desire to create something more student-centered, purpose-driven, and community-focused. That desire gave rise to Hardon Education.
Today, Hardon Education offers certificate programs in Practical Nursing, Nurse Aide (CNA), Qualified Medication Aide (QMA), and Medical Assisting. With a focus on hands-on training, academic excellence, and strong student support, we empower individuals from all walks of life to launch rewarding careers in healthcare.
In addition to our educational programs, Hardon Education proudly provides a range of community-based services. These include Nurse Case Management, healthcare training through Career and Technical Education (CTE) partnerships with local schools, and School Health Services that support student wellness and safety in academic settings. These offerings reflect our commitment to serving the whole community—not just within our classrooms, but also out in the field where care and education intersect.
The vision doesn’t stop here. In the future, we hope to expand our program offerings to include Registered Nursing, Physical Therapy, and more—all made possible by a foreseeable move to a larger campus. Through the Hardon Heroes Foundation, we also provide scholarships and resources to help students overcome barriers and continue their academic journeys.
At Hardon Education, we believe education is a team effort. Our dedicated instructors, staff, and leadership work together to create a nurturing environment where students can thrive. We’re more than a school—we’re a community. And as we grow, we remain deeply committed to uplifting both our students and the city we proudly serve.
