ADMISSIONS PROCESS

INDIVIDUALS

Individuals interested in the Nurse Aide Training Course must complete the following:

1) Enrollment Form (non-refundable Enrollment fee may be required)

2) Basic Skills Assessment (must achieve score of 80% or higher)

3) Criminal History Check

4) 2-Step PPD (must be done prior to starting clinical rotations)

5) Physical Exam (must be done prior to starting clinical rotations)

COMPANY/CORPORATION

Special tuition rates are offered to organizations/companies that want to offer nurse aide training to its employees, students, or team. Enrollment procedures as required by individuals is applicable to corporate accounts. Students enrolled through a corporate account receive a stethoscope, and the Nurse Aide State Testing fee is typically included in the quoted tuition rate per student.

INDYPENDENCE JOB CORPS

Applicants currently enrolled in the IndyPendence & Atterbury Job Corps training programs should speak directly with your assigned counselor for more information. Applicants must meet specific TABE score requirements in Reading and Math to qualify.
